API
Dispatch batch and serial products through the API
You will soon be able to dispatch batch- and serial-tracked products through the Sales Orders API. Send stock movements on a PUT or POST request to the SalesOrders endpoint to dispatch the specified serial numbers or batches.

Dispatch quantity for non-stock items
You can now update the Qty Dispatch for non-stock line items on sales orders when dispatching through the API. Previously, the API set the Fully Dispatch Date but did not update the line item quantity.

Alternative tax rate from the CRM
Sales orders created through the API now apply the alternative tax rate from the linked CRM, even when the request does not include one. Previously, the alternative tax rate applied only when it was supplied in the request. A rate supplied in the API request still takes priority, followed by the CRM.

Consistent product title sizing
Product titles now display at a consistent size. Long titles are capped, and hovering over a title shows the full name in a tooltip.

Dispute notification email alerts
A persistent alert now appears on the Notification page when you have not set an email address for dispute notifications. This prompts you to add your contact details so you do not miss the response window for active disputes.

Active dispute alerts
You can now view active dispute alerts directly in the Notification section of your Cin7 Pay account setup. Each alert links to the dispute details so you can review and respond before the deadline and avoid automatic losses.

Pricing updates and new payment methods
Cin7 Pay is responding to industry changes and customer feedback to lower pricing UK and EU merchants as well as to add new payment methods (Revolut Pay, PayTo, Pay by Bank).
These changes affect all current and future merchants (Cin7 customers using Cin7 Pay for payment processing) on Cin7 Pay default pricing. Merchants on custom pricing will not be affected.
The changes are included below, listed by market (the country that the Cin7 Pay merchant is based in).
Australia
PayTo now available: AU merchants can now accept payments via PayTo, a new payment method, at a rate of 1% plus A$0.30.
Standard rates remain the same: Standard domestic cards fee remains 1.65% plus A$0.30, which is the same as Stripe’s new pricing effective 1 October 2026. Cin7 Pay will evaluate AU pricing following the change to surcharge rules, but is not yet making any changes to default pricing for cards.
Canada
MCS down by 1%: Multicurrency settlement fee changed from 2% to 1%.
Eurozone
Standard cards rate up by 0.05%: Standard domestic cards fee changed from 1.45% to 1.5% plus the per transaction fee, staying the same, of €0.25.
Premium rate down by 0.55%: Premium domestic cards fee changed from 3.05% plus €0.25 to 2.5% plus €0.25.
Reciprocity for UK cards, saving EU merchants 0.7%: EU merchants now get a rate of 2.5% plus €0.25 for UK cards.
Per transaction fee for EU merchants using BNPL: EU-based merchants will now receive a per transaction fee of €0.40 for payments received via Klarna.
Pay by Bank now available: EU merchants can now accept payments via Pay by Bank, a new payment method, at a rate of 1% plus €0.25.
Revolut Pay now available: EU merchants can now accept payments via Revolut Pay, a new payment method, at a rate of 1.6% plus €0.25.
United Kingdom

Sales orders
Imported unit prices and promo pricing
Sales order imports now use the unit prices in your import file. Previously, promo prices could apply even when the import included a unit price. Now, promo pricing applies only when the import file has no unit price.

WooCommerce
Stock updates for mapped product variations
Stock now updates correctly when you map several options of a single Omni product to different WooCommerce product variations. Previously, these mappings could prevent stock from updating.
