Cin7 Omni now keeps a log of all changes made to your products and CRM records. You can see who made the change, what was edited, what fields were updated, and when the change was made. This log records changes made within Cin7 Omni and the Cin7 Omni API, including product creation, updates, image file name changes, and CRM record modifications.

Percentage off price tier for units of measure
CRM percentage-based price tiers now apply correctly to products with units of measure (UOMs) in the B2B portal. Previously, products with UOMs only displayed the standard wholesale price, ignoring the customer's percentage-off discount.

Product option images on checkout
The B2B checkout page now displays the correct product option image instead of the main product image. This ensures your customers see the exact variant they selected, such as the correct colour or style.

Branch transfer support for Mintsoft
You can now import and process branch transfer confirmations through the Mintsoft integration. Previously, branch transfers exported to Mintsoft could not be imported back into Cin7 Omni, requiring manual completion of transfer orders.

Cin7 Pay notification settings
You can now manage all Cin7 Pay email notifications from a new Notifications tab in the Cin7 Pay settings, including alerts for invoices and quotes, plus new alerts for disputes and refunds. Set your email address to ensure the right people are notified when these events occur.

Cin7 Pay foreign currency payment reconciliation
You can now reconcile foreign-currency payments processed via Cin7 Pay and Stripe in Xero or QuickBooks Online. The imported payment uses the Stripe exchange rate, ensuring clearing accounts balance correctly without rate mismatches.

Payment splitting for backorders
Payments now automatically split proportionally when you create a backorder. This prevents overpayment errors when syncing to Xero or QuickBooks Online. Payments only split if they have not already synced to your accounting platform.

Products
Delete all units of measure from a product
You can now delete all units of measure (UOMs) from a product in a single action. Previously, attempting to remove all UOMs at once would fail, and the deleted UOMs would reappear after saving.

Shopify
Increased location download limit
You can now download up to 100 Shopify locations for warehouse mapping in the Shopify integration settings. Previously, only 50 locations could be downloaded, which prevented accurate stock updates for stores with more locations.
