Bulk invite customers
You can now bulk invite customers to your B2B online store. Select multiple customers at once to invite with search and filters to help you find specific groups. Easily add your customers to B2B online store so they can start shopping right away!

Invite deactivated customers
Previously, you could not invite a customer if they had been deactivated in your B2B. Now, these customers will receive the invitation and can log in to your B2B store.

Cin7 Pay
Prevent duplicate payments for direct debit
Previously, some customers were overpaying with bank debit payments (e.g. ACH, or BECS) in Cin7 Pay. Now, if a payment is pending, they will see a message to prevent them from paying for the same invoice. Cards and other payment methods will not see this warning as their payment processes immediately.

POS
Loyalty credits were not being generated in POS
Previously, POS loyalty rewards did not apply loyalty credits or gift vouchers to customers even if they met the configured spending threshold in the By Cumulative Value setting. Now, loyalty rewards are correctly applied.

Products
Products info page error message
Previously, when you updated a product (for example, change the barcode), you may have seen the "An item with the same key has already been added" error message. Now, you can update your products without seeing this error.

Improved time accuracy in WMS dashboard
The Orders Packed per User chart in the WMS dashboard now uses your specific time zone. Previously, this used NZST.
