Belgium supported as an Amazon marketplace
Cin7 Omni now supports Belgium as an Amazon marketplace for both Amazon Seller and Amazon FBA.

API
New API endpoints for Adjustments
We’ve added new endpoints for Adjustments in Cin7 Omni. Create new adjustments with POST or update existing adjustments with PUT. You can now use external apps with the Cin7 API to run a stocktake or update your inventory levels.

Automation bots
Dropship automation bots use delivery address
Previously, dropship automation bots did not use the Delivery address from the sales order. Now, the dropship will automatically use this Delivery address from the sales order.

New Cin7 Pay dashboard prompt
If you haven't finished setting up your account mapping for Cin7 Pay, you will now see a notification on the Cin7 Pay dashboard. Once your account is all set up, this will disappear.

Sales Rep populated when Quote is accepted
Previously, the Sales rep was not appearing on newly created sales orders when the quote was accepted in Cin7 Pay or the Payment portal. This will now populate when the sales order is created.

Shopify
Show line items in refunded Shopify orders
We no longer hide or grey-out line items in a Cin7 Omni sales order when there is a Shopify refund for paid orders.

Transactions
Missing contact logs
Previously, the contact logs section was missing from purchase or sales order admin page when opened through linked transactions. Now, the contact logs and emails when using linked transactions.

Xero
Syncing custom tax ecommerce orders to Xero
We fixed an issue where line items with custom taxes on ecommerce orders synced to Xero as inclusive values. This caused discrepancies between Xero and Omni and only affected US-based accounts. Now, these line items correctly sync as exclusive values.
