We fixed an issue where updating products and product options via Cin7 API wouldn’t update the product’s last modified date. The last modified date now updates correctly.

We're excited to introduce Smart Reorder V2 with several powerful enhancements that make your inventory optimization easier and more insightful:

Order Summary Panel now provides a quick overview of proposed orders, showing totals and product segments (Winners, Chasers, Losers).

New Product Status icons help you act faster: an exclamation mark warns of stockouts or risks, while a green rising arrow highlights SKUs with growing demand. And of course your Winner SKUs—marked with a crown!

Product Segment filtering allows you to focus on specific SKU segments, and the Order Summary Panel will update accordingly.

Past Sales column lets you view historical sales quantities for the last 30, 90, 180, or 365 days prior to placing your order.

Expandable product insights panel reveals a 6-month Sales Forecast Graph and key data considered by ForesightAI such as lead time, order arrival dates, and demand coverage. Use these insights to get the most out of your Smart Reorder!

Smart Reorder uses Cost Tier for tax
Previously, all purchase orders created by Smart Reorder were tax-exempt. Now, these purchase orders will use the tax based on their Cost Tier.

Smart Reorder adds Payment Terms
Previously, when Smart Reorder created a purchase order, the Payment Terms was missing. Now, Smart Reorder purchase orders will include the Payment Terms for that supplier.

New look for Cin7 POS!
We have a new version of Cin7 POS! This new version is packed with visual improvements and a mobile friendly design.
We've introduced a new header to quickly jump between key features in POS, improved the text, and added new icons.
You can quickly switch to the New POS look from your existing POS. Select the link in the banner to quickly jump into the new style. You can switch back to Classic POS at any time.

Purchases
Receipting POs imported by Stocktake Master and CSV
We fixed an issue where purchase orders imported via CSV or Stocktake Master could not receipt products into zones and bins automatically when a fully received date was added to the purchase order.

Shopify
Null or $0 as the Compare at Price for Shopify
Cin7 Omni will now clear the Compare at Price field for Shopify products if there is no special price or an expired special price or higher special price than retail price. Cin7 Omni will clear this field when you Update Products or Update Recent Modified Pricing. This resolves a range of issues, including seeing the former retail price as $0.00 in Shopify or the retail price matching the former price.
